Geospatial intelligence for Africa-focused infrastructure investment decisions

GridSafi helps investment and development teams evaluate locations using structured spatial evidence before committing time and capital.

Early-stage investment decisions rely on incomplete location information

Infrastructure and real asset investments begin long before detailed due diligence. At the screening stage, teams must assess markets and candidate locations using fragmented information from desktop research, reports, and limited spatial validation.
  • Important site risks are discovered late
  • Field diligence is expensive and time-consuming
  • Investment committees must decide without consistent evidence
Teams often know what they want to build before they fully understand where it should be built.

Structured spatial evidence for early decision making

The GridSafi Intelligence Platform integrates satellite observations, infrastructure context, and local development patterns into decision-ready evidence packages designed for screening workflows.

Rather than replacing detailed diligence, GridSafi supports the stage before it, helping teams determine where deeper analysis should focus.

Evaluate candidate locations faster

Support internal investment memoranda

Reduce unnecessary field diligence

From geography to decision support

1

Select geography

Select a country or metro area relevant to a project.

2

Review evidence

Review structured spatial evidence describing development patterns, accessibility, and change over time.

3

Generate materials

Generate materials suitable for internal discussion and preliminary approvals.

GridSafi is designed to support the questions asked during screening, not just the maps used during analysis.

Decision-ready outputs

Built for investment and development teams evaluating real assets:

The platform produces structured materials intended for internal evaluation workflows.

Satellite change analysis

Recurring observation signals to frame how places are changing.

Infrastructure accessibility context

Connectivity and access patterns around candidate locations.

Spatial due diligence summary

Screening-ready narratives aligned to internal review steps.

Time-series development patterns

Temporal context to prioritize where deeper work is warranted.

Start a conversation

We are currently engaging a small number of institutions to apply GridSafi to real screening workflows. If your team evaluates projects in emerging markets and would like to explore whether structured spatial evidence can support early decisions, we would be happy to speak.

We do not provide open public access at this stage.
